Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Please read before ordering.

General Information

  • I am an independent furry artist creating custom illustrations, character art, and NSFW/SFW content (as specified).

  • I retain the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • You must be 18+ to order any NSFW artwork. I will not draw underage characters in NSFW contexts.

Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

  • I accept payment via PayPal.

  • Full payment is due upfront.

  • I do not start until payment is received.

Process and Revisions

  • You submit your commission request with clear references and details.

  • I confirm the request and send an invoice.

  • Once paid, I will: Provide a sketch for approval.

  • Allow free revisions at the sketch stage.

  • Minor tweaks are fine throughout, but excessive changes may incur extra fees.

  • Turnaround Time: 1–3 months depending on complexity, queue, and life events. Rush orders may include a fee.

Delivery

  • Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution PNG/JPG via email or a download link.

  • You will receive both watermarked and clean versions

Rights & Usage

  • I retain full rights to all artwork.

  • I may post finished pieces on my portfolio, social media, or use them for promotion.

  • I will always credit the commissioner and never sell personal characters without consent.

Client's Rights

  • You may use the art for personal, non-commercial purposes (icons, profiles, printing for yourself).

  • Do not remove my watermark/signature.

  • Do not claim the artwork as your own.

  • Commercial use (e.g., merch, prints, monetized content) requires a commercial license (extra fee).

  • Feeding, uploading, or using my artwork in any way to train, generate, or assist artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning models is strictly prohibited.

What I will/won't draw

  • Will Draw:

  • Furry/anthro characters

  • Humans

  • 18+

  • Won’t Draw:

  • Underage/Cub

  • Hate symbols / discriminatory content

  • Heavy gore / fetish content I'm uncomfortable with

  • Feral

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Full refunds are only possible before I start your piece.

  • If I have started the work:

  • Sketch phase: 50% refund

  • After sketch or complete: No refund

  • If I cancel the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.
